You can’t actually see the Guardshack from the warning signs at the front gates of Area 51, as it rests on a hill about a mile down Groom Lake Road and around an sharp bend.
If you want to the see the actual front gates, then you’ll have to carefully climb Hawkeye Hill, and view it through a good pair of binoculars.
